Berkeley Lake Code Updates The City of Berkeley Lake is in the process of updating its zoning and development regulations. Led by a team from TSW, a consulting firm with extensive experience writing zoning and development codes, the project includes a public outreach component to gain valuable feedback from residents and other stakeholders. Members of the TSW team led a Drop-in Public Kick-Off Meeting on October 26, 2024 and an on-line survey was available through November, 2024. Since that time, the consultant team has been drafting the new regulations. Input can continue to be provided to the TSW team through the project webiste.
